Great coffee and syrups! Loved the pastries and they had gf options. We had the gf olive oil cake and the cromuffin - both great! Lovely space and customer service. I also took home some Ethiopian beans and cold brews! Will definitely be back!

Was truly the best espresso I’ve ever had in my life, even when contrasted with months spent in Italy in pursuit of the perfect shot. The owners were extremely friendly, and spent at least a half hour humoring me and my interest in roasting/brewing. The drip coffee was also some of the most aromatic, smoothest tasting I’ve had. Very cool atmosphere as well. Really like what they’ve done with the space. Would consider them masters of their craft. Should mention that they are incredibly generous in their pricing. I would’ve gladly paid twice what they charged me for such a pleasant experience.

Brio Coffeeworks has quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots in town. The moment I walked in, I was struck by its cool industrial vibe—clean, minimal, yet warm and welcoming. The baristas were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations based on what I usually like. I ended up trying their espresso tonic with a gingery twist, and wow—it was bright, refreshing, and unlike anything I’ve had before. I honestly wish every coffee shop offered this drink! The space is perfect for both quick visits and longer stays. I found a cozy table near an outlet, which made it easy to catch up on some work while sipping my drink. They’ve really thought through the details to make the experience comfortable. I also grabbed a gluten-free olive oil cake and a cromuffin—both were delicious and fresh. It’s always a win when a cafe offers great pastry options for dietary restrictions. Before I left, I picked up a bag of their Ethiopian beans and a couple of cold brews to take home. I can already tell I’ll be coming back regularly. Brio isn’t just a cafe—it’s a full coffee experience. Amazing service, unique drinks, and a space that invites you to stay a little longer. Highly recommend checking it out!

Best freaking coffee in the area, at a more than fair price. Came in for a some espresso tasting and left with 2 bags and all their can cold coffee in display. They were also so kind to grind me 100g and left the rest in beans. A all around, for coffe nerds and people who want to understand what real espresso are about.

Spectacular, Phenomenal, Pleasantly Superb are just a few ways to describe Brio Coffeworks. I’ve been in Burlington for two days seeking the best coffee..... FOUND IT!!!!!! Everything about my experience at Brio was above and beyond. From the offerings, to the atmosphere, right down to the excellent conversation with Magda! The recommended offering was the Mexico Chiapas, and it absolutely satisfied the coffee vacancy I longed to fulfill. Magda is one of the owners, and it was pleasant speaking with her about different offerings and processes. She’s quite knowledgeable and very personable! The Ethiopia Ardi was my whole bean offering of choice, and I cannot wait to try it with some of the methods recommended! Magda was also kind enough to recommend other spots to enjoy while in Burlington! Again, I cannot say enough good things about Brio Coffeeworks!!! Go check them out, you will thank yourself!!!! They’re quite possibly the best coffee and roaster in town!!!

This cafe has a cool factory industrial vibe! The baristas are so friendly and had great recommendations on what drinks to order. I got a gingery espresso tonic that was so refreshing. I wish that drink was served in every single coffee shop so I could have it year round! Inside there’s also some tables with charging ports for those who want to get some work done. I would totally recommend checking out this place!

Great matcha !! I’ve had a hard time finding good matcha in Vermont but Brio was amazing ! lovely spacious loft warehouse style cafe with sweet staff :)

Coffee is exceptional. Sitting here in very cool, cozy coffeehouse atmosphere. Comfy, lounge atmosphere with vintage furniture. This cappuccino doesn't get better.
